My goal is to help busy hygienists just like you overcome workplace pain & injuries, improve ergonomics, manage stress, and FINALLY feel inspired to do the things you love WITHOUT worrying that you might hurt yourself…



As a hygienist of 12 years, I experienced a wide variety of issues that held me back from feeling and practicing at my highest level. I spent years battling chronic pain and multiple work-related injuries – I had no idea what to do or where to look. I was convinced I wouldn’t need to go on disability or retire early. In addition, I had chronic stress and experienced a lack of energy and focus in the op–all of these issues left me tired, unmotivated and uninspired in the industry.



Once I learned therapeutic yoga and addressed my posture & ergonomics, my pain decreased rapidly. From there, I was able to manage my stress levels which led to increased energy and focus at work with easy yoga practices. My patient experience, daily numbers, and leadership skills improved. Those changes made a monumental difference in my health, happiness, and career.



Over the years, I discovered one very important thing: when we bring our body back into alignment and learn how to sit and work properly, we create balance and freedom in our bodies and minds that creates a ripple effect throughout our entire life.



That’s exactly why I created The Aligned Hygienist—because I know you don’t have time to research options for improving your health. You want to feel your best but you have no idea where to start or what to look for that will help alleviate pain, improve ergonomics and create healthier habits in your life. How It Works

1- IMMEDIATE ACCESS: Once you join The Aligned Hygienist Program, you’ll get immediate access to the online portal of classes to get started.

2- ALL THE INFORMATION DELIVERED TO YOU: You’ll receive an email immediately with details on what to look forward to. The next program begins in May 26th, 2022. Once the program begins, you’ll get all the details delivered to your inbox every week.

3- NEW CLASSES EVERY WEEK: At the start of the 8-week program, you’ll receive weekly emails with direct links to the new classes so you can practice on your own time!

4- WEEKLY LIVE COACHING CALLS: We’ll meet every Thursday evening for our coaching calls hosted on Zoom. Learn, ask questions & get support during the calls. Coaching calls are every Thursday at 5pm PST. All calls will be recorded so you can watch the replay on your own time! 

5- INTAKE FORM + ERGONOMIC ASSESSMENT: Once you sign up, you’ll get an intake form for you to fill out; this form will give me the information I need to help you throughout the program & your ergonomic assessment. You’ll get a calendar link to schedule your virtual ergonomic assesment.

6- COMMUNITY FORUM: You’ll get lifetime access to the community Facebook group at the start of the program. This is your place to ask questions, receive support and accountability, and build deeper connections with like-minded hygienists.

About Your Guide

Caitlin Parsons is Dental Hygienist of 12 years, Certified Yoga Therapist, and Ergonomic Specialist. Caitlin quit her job as a dental hygienist in 2020 to pursue her passion and purpose of helping dental professionals overcome, reduce and prevent workplace pain and injuries, manage stress and optimize their health, so they can thrive–in and out of the op.

The first six years of Caitlin’s hygiene career was filled with work-related pain and injuries, stress, and low energy levels, When she started to prioritize her health–body, mind, and energy–her focus, communication, and numbers at work transformed.

Caitlin is passionate about helping dental professionals optimize their health inside her monthly yoga membership, hygienist group program and her 8-week program for dental teams.

The weekly calls are 60 minutes.

It's up to you! There is no requirement for the program, but for best results, I recommend doing the 1x yoga practice every week and listening to the call. You'll receive 1 CE credit for the program.
