In the twelve years I spent practicing clinical hygiene, I experienced a wide variety of issues that held me back from feeling and practicing at my highest level. From chronic pain and multiple work-related injuries to chronic stress and a lack of energy and focus, living with chronic pain caused stress on my whole body, and created a ripple effect of issues in other aspects of my life.


Once I started to implement yoga therapy into my daily life, my pain decreased rapidly. 


From there, I was able to manage my stress levels which led to increased energy and focus at work. My patient experience, daily numbers, and leadership skills improved. Those changes made a monumental difference in my health, happiness, and career.


Over the years, I discovered one very important thing: when we bring our body back into alignment and learn how to move & work properly, we create balance and freedom in our bodies and minds that creates a ripple effect throughout our entire life.

On-Demand Access to Online class Library for the team

Your entire team gets access to the 8-week progressional yoga therapy class series. 

All yoga therapy classes can be done in a chair, so you don’t have to worry about any other details!

Incorporate these 20-30 min yoga classes into your team meetings or let each employee practice on their own.

Individual Ergonomic assessments & recommendations

Every employee on your team receives an ergonomic assessment and recommendation form recording.

I come into your office and spend 10-15 minutes evaluating each team member for a proper assessment.

After the assessment, each employee will receive written recommendations for improvements.

In-Office ergonomic Training & Yoga Therapy Intro

At the beginning of the program, Caitlin will come into your office to introduce The Optimized Office program to your team.

This visit includes a 60-minute Lunch & Learn style training focusing on Ergonomics & an intro to Yoga Therapy.

Before or after the presentation, Caitlin will perform ergonomic assessments for the team.

Weekly Stretch Cheat Sheet

Each week your team will get 5 new exercises that they can start to implement in the op. 

They can download it on their phone or print it out to hang up in the office.

Learning these simple stretches helps them feel their best physically, mentally, and emotionally.

1- BOOK A CALL: Book a call with Caitlin to learn more about the program and how to implement it into your office.

2- SIGN UP + GET STARTED Once you sign up (includes contract and down payment), you’ll schedule a date for the Lunch & Learn and the team Ergonomic Assessments.

3- IN-OFFICE LUNCH & LEARN ERGONOMICS TRAINING: Kick off the 8-week program with a Lunch & Learn style training focusing on Dental Ergonomics & Yoga Therapy.

4- TEAM ERGONOMIC ASSESSMENTS: Before/after the training, Caitlin will perform an Ergonomic Assessment for everyone on the team. Each team member will receive a detailed feedback form to improve their ergonomics & lifestyle patterns.

5- ACCESS TO ONLINE PLATFORM: Your entire team gets access to the online platform of classes. After the first live yoga therapy class, you’ll get 7 pre-recorded classes to practice as a team or individually outside of work. All classes can be done in a chair, in scrubs, and within 20-30 minutes.

About Your Guide

Caitlin Parsons is a Dental Hygienist of 12 years, Certified Yoga Therapist, and Ergonomic Specialist. Caitlin quit her job as a dental hygienist in 2020 to pursue her passion and purpose of helping dental professionals overcome, reduce and prevent workplace pain and injuries, manage stress and optimize their health, so they can thrive–in and out of the op.

The first six years of Caitlin’s hygiene career was filled with work-related pain and injuries, stress, and low energy levels, When she started to prioritize her health–body, mind, and energy–her focus, communication, and numbers at work transformed. Caitlin is passionate about helping dental professionals optimize their health inside her monthly yoga membership, hygienist group program and her 8-week program for dental teams.

The topic/focus for each month are rotating and will be based on the needs and desires of the members in the group.
