What The Optimized Team Program Includes:

On-Demand Yoga class Library

Your entire team gets access to a 12-week progressional yoga therapy class series. All yoga therapy classes can be done in a chair, so you can incorporate these 20-30 min yoga classes into your team meetings or let each employee practice on their own.

Ergonomic assessments

Every employee on your team receives an ergonomic assessment with a feedback & recommendation form. I come into your office and spend 15-20 minutes evaluating each team member as they work. After the assessment, each employee will receive written recommendations for improvements.

ergonomic Training

Your team gets access to a 60-minute Ergonomics Class included that can be watched as a recording or live/virtual. Each team member receives 1 CE after the course.

Weekly Stretches Delivered!

Each week your team will get 5 new exercises that they can try in the op to reduce tightness and prevent pain. They can download it on their phone or print it out to hang up in the office.

Bonus Practices!

Your entire team receives lifetime access to a library of classes & content on-demand. Your team will also get access to a Team Meeting Bundle, a package of really short stretch & meditation videos to incorporate into your morning meetings.

How it works

1- BOOK A CALL: Book a call with Caitlin to learn more, customize the program based on your needs & learn how to implement it into your office.

2- SIGN UP: Signing up is easy. You’ll get the contract and information sent to you!

3- GETTING STARTED: Once you sign up, we’ll get our first session booked for a time that works with your schedule. You’ll get a welcome package with all the details sent directly to your inbox (or your OM’s!)

4- TEAM ERGONOMIC ASSESSMENTS: If you sign your team up for the Ergonomic Assessments, Caitlin will come into your office and perform an Ergonomic Assessment for everyone on the team. Each team member will receive a detailed feedback form to improve their ergonomics & lifestyle patterns.

5- ACCESS TO CLASSES: Your entire team can get access to all of the yoga classes for 12-weeks. All classes can be done in a chair, in scrubs, and within 20-30 minutes. You can choose if you want LIVE (virtual) classes or pre-recorded, depending on your needs.

6- ADDITIONAL SUPPORT: No matter which package your choose, your team will be supported throughout the entire process. Your team will get regular emails with additional resources, and they can contact me whenever they have questions or need additional support.

About Caitlin

Caitlin Parsons is a Dental Hygienist of 12 years, Certified Yoga Therapist, Ergonomic Specialist, and chronic pain survivor. Caitlin left clinical hygiene 2020 to pursue her passion and purpose of helping dental professionals overcome, reduce and prevent workplace pain and injuries, manage stress and optimize their health, so they can thrive–in and out of the op.

The first six years of Caitlin’s hygiene career was filled with work-related pain and injuries, stress, and low energy levels, When she started to prioritize her health–body, mind, and energy–her focus, communication, and numbers at work transformed. Caitlin is passionate about helping dental professionals optimize their health inside her monthly yoga membership, hygienist group program and her 12-week programs for dental teams.

Frequently Asked Questions

The cost is $34.99/month. You can choose to make this a recurring payment or you can pay for the year in advance and save $50! You’ll also be able to cancel at any time; there are no restrictions or contractual requirements.

This is totally up to you! There is no time requirement from me and all of the classes range from 5 minutes to over 75 minutes.

If you can’t make it to the classes, no worries. All sessions will be recorded and available through our members-only portal that can be accessed at any time as long as you’re a member.

You can cancel anytime.

Absolutely! Feel free to send me a message any time if there’s something specific you want to see inside the membership. The topic/focus for each month are rotating and will be based on the needs and desires of the members in the group. A poll will be sent out at the beginning of each month so you can share your feedback!

No problem at all! You’ll likely find that this membership offers a lot of different practices than most yoga memberships. It’s designed to help you find balance through every season of your life.
