In the 8+ years I’ve worked as a Yoga Therapist (like a Masters degree in Yoga teaching), and after spending 12 years working as a Dental Hygienist with chronic pain, I’ve discovered one important thing: when we bring our body into alignment & learn how to move properly, we free our body & it creates a ripple effect of better health through the body, mind, and throughout our life.

About Your Guide

My name is Caitlin, I’m a chronic pain survivor, Certified Yoga Therapist, Registered Dental Hygienist, and founder and CEO of Caitlin Parsons Yoga Therapy, a yoga therapy and wellness company. I quit my full-time job as a dental hygienist in July 2020 to pursue my passion and purpose helping others live pain free, like I did for myself.

I use my personal and professional experiences in chronic pain, stress and anxiety recovery to help women step back into their own alignment – in their bodies and their minds. My online communities help empower women to create balance in their bodies and minds so they can access greater levels of freedom in their own lives.

I love to share my knowledge and expertise through my blog, social media platforms, guest appearances on podcasts, and through speaking engagements.

The cost is $34.99/month. You can choose to make this a recurring payment or you can pay for the year in advance and save $50! You’ll also be able to cancel at any time; there are no restrictions or contractual requirements.

This is totally up to you! There is no time requirement from me and all of the classes range from 5 minutes to over 75 minutes.

If you can’t make it to the classes, no worries. All sessions will be recorded and available through our members-only portal that can be accessed at any time as long as you’re a member.

Absolutely! Feel free to send me a message any time if there’s something specific you want to see inside the membership. The topic/focus for each month are rotating and will be based on the needs and desires of the members in the group. A poll will be sent out at the beginning of each month so you can share your feedback!
