My goal is to help motivated, strong and active women just like you ditch chronic aches and pains and FINALLY feel inspired to do the things you love WITHOUT worrying that you might hurt yourself.

 

In the 8+ years I’ve worked as a Yoga Therapist, and after spending 12 years struggling with multiple areas of chronic pain as a Dental Hygienist, I’ve discovered one very important thing: when we bring our body back into alignment and learn how to move properly, we create balance and freedom in our bodies and minds that creates a ripple effect throughout our entire life.

 

That’s exactly why I created this membership program — because I know you don’t have a ton of time to spend searching for yoga classes to help your pain. You have no idea where to start or what to look for to find classes that actually alleviate pain and leave you feeling aligned and balanced. You wish you had a one-stop-shop to take care of your health and wellbeing.

 

I can’t promise you that you’ll never have aches in your body again but I will teach you how to find proper alignment, how to listen to your body, move your body properly, and help you manage stress in your system so you OPTIMIZE your health.

Each month I host a paid monthly yoga therapy workshop that you get access to for free! This offering is part discussion and education mixed with movement and experience with a rotating list of topics. How It works

How The Aligned Membership Works
Once you join Aligned, you’ll get immediate access to a library of over 75 pre-recorded classes, trainings, meditations, and breathing practices. Take your pick of classes depending on what’s going on in your body and how you want to feel.

Live classes will be hosted on the 1st and 3rd Monday of the month at 4pm PST on Zoom. You’ll get details sent directly to your email for how to join and what topics we will cover. No worries if you can’t make it live, the replay will be uploaded immediately  afterwards!

Once you sign up, you’ll get all the details sent to you via email, including a link to schedule your 15-minute Health audit, so you can make the most out of your  Aligned experience.

About me

My name is Caitlin, I’m a chronic pain survivor, yoga therapist and founder and CEO of Caitlin Parsons Yoga Therapy, a yoga therapy and wellness company. I recently made my dreams a reality by quitting my full-time job as a dental hygienist to pursue my passion and purpose helping others get back into alignment.

Now I use my personal and professional experiences in chronic pain, stress and anxiety recovery to help women step back into their own alignment – in their bodies and their minds. My online communities help empower women to create balance in their bodies and minds so they can access greater levels of freedom in their own lives.

I love to share my knowledge and expertise through my blog and social media platforms as well as guest appearances on other inspiring and like-minded podcasts.

FAQ

The cost is $34.99/month. You can choose to make this a recurring payment or you can pay for the year in advance and save $50! You’ll also be able to cancel at any time; there are no restrictions or contractual requirements.

This is totally up to you! There is no time requirement from me and all of the classes range from 5 minutes to over 75 minutes.

If you can’t make it to the classes, no worries. All sessions will be recorded and available through our members-only portal that can be accessed at any time as long as you’re a member.

You can cancel anytime.

Absolutely! Feel free to send me a message any time if there’s something specific you want to see inside the membership. The topic/focus for each month are rotating and will be based on the needs and desires of the members in the group. A poll will be sent out at the beginning of each month so you can share your feedback!

No problem at all! You’ll likely find that this membership offers a lot of different practices than most yoga memberships. It’s designed to help you find balance through every season of your life.
