    I’m Caitlin, a Certified Yoga Therapist. I specialize in working with people that are in pain. Clients that find me are in pain and they’re *tired* of it. We work together to bring the body and mind back into balance through the practices of yoga, which include stretching and strengthening the body, breathing exercises to target their nervous system for stress/overload, and guided meditations and relaxations that help to shift the mind/body connection.

    Some of my clients have conquered lifelong back pain, some have overcome shoulder, back, knee, and foot injuries or pain. As a side effect of private yoga therapy sessions, my clients have also discovered new ways to beat chronic stress and anxiety so they fully feel 100%.
